1.1 UK Delivery Conditions
We deliver to all UK locations however non-mainland deliveries will require individual pricing by a member of our customer support team email@example.com. Our delivery costs* are calculated by order value and are as follows.
For all oversized products (garden furniture and divans, mattresses and toppers:)

- £0 - £49 £10.00
- *Please note that certain, more remote areas of the British Isles may incur a surcharge.
For all bedding, towels, bathrobes, spa products, fragrances and glasses:
- £150+ Free of charge

- £0 - £99 £10.00
1.2 Ireland and European Delivery Conditions
We are happy to arrange delivery to all European territories. However, non-UK mainland deliveries will require individual pricing by a member of our customer support team firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Our Delivery Partners
2.1 Oversized Deliveries
We work with Kinetic Logistics for all our oversized products. 2-3 days prior to your delivery, you will receive a text message and email from Kinetic Logistics providing a three hour time slot. On the day of delivery, your driver will give you a call 30 minutes prior to arrival.
On arrival your products will be taken to a room of your choice and unpacked. Once you are happy with the conditions of the goods, the packaging, if requested, will be removed. If you have any doubts about the condition of your delivery, please retain the packaging which is essential for returning goods.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that oversized products can be successfully delivered.
For all standard sized products, we use a network of couriers to deliver on our behalf. You will receive tracking details and a URL to ensure you can keep track of your imminent delivery.
We do everything we can to ensure you have a great experience when shopping with us. However, if you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to offer an exchange, refund or replacement on all item(s) returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please be aware that you will be liable for the cost of return at the full return rate and not the subsidised rate advertised on this site.
Any unwanted item, unless faulty, must be returned to us in its original and and unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that, due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following products:
- Mattresses and Toppers which have had their original packaging removed
- Duvets and pillows which have had their original packaging removed
- Spa products
If you receive an item that is damaged or broken please inform us immediately quoting your order number. We suggest that you take a photograph of the damaged goods to help our customer support team to verify the damaged goods and to instigate a full refund, exchange or replacement depending on your preference.

3.2 Oversized Products
For all oversized products delivered by Kinetic Logistics, damages must be reported to the driver before signing for the goods. A signature not only constitutes proof of delivery but proof that the products have been delivered in a saleable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery of oversized products can be made. If an order is returned due to delivery constraints (such as awkward angles, doorways etc) the return will be charged at full price and not at the subsidised price published at point of purchase.
In the case of genuine, long term defect issues, all oversized products will be backed by a 1 year guarantee. Long term defect issues should be raised with our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
